Returns 3.1 Returns due to change of idea ravexpress will gladly accept returns due to a change of opinion as long as a return request is received by us within 15 days of receiving the item and is returned to us in the original unused packaging and in resalable condition. The return shipment will be paid at the customer's expense and will have to arrange their shipment. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to retain credit for a future purchase. We will inform you once this has been completed by e-mail. Terms of delivery 4.1 Transit time in national mode In general, national shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days 4.2 Transit time at international level Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected.
